I think this post is one that should be read and considered carefully by ADT, but if you think there are lots of people available to do the discrete work, in such a fashion as to get anything done ona timeline that fandom could accept, you missed the entire point of my post.

I am all for AO3 improving org structures,and if that alone comes out of this election, I will consider it a success. Nonetheless, it doesn't matter how good your structure is if the people aren't there. And while org failure may have been an indirect cause of lim's quitting, it doesn't seem to have been the direct one. (Neither, I think, would a post like this, which is a grownup post offering informed critique, have been.)
