Oh, interesting! Google does stemming or something, so there's no effective difference between "ebook" and "e-book" in their results. Didn't realise there was such a difference between Icerocket and Google blog search though. Looking around now, I don't see much difference in results, though... probably because your link roundup already had most of the stuff I needed.
