I'm looking for recommendations for political rap music over on [community profile] rec_me_music. Anyone got any suggestions? ETA: comment over there please, if you don't mind.

(Also please consider this a pointer to that community, which you should join and use. Yes you!)

I'm never sure what counts as what genre, but MIA? "Kusu Kalkmaz" by Sultana is feminist political rap but I don't know any of her other work.

I'm already familiar with MIA! I'll look into Sultana. But would you mind commenting over on [community profile] rec_me_music so other people can benefit too?
